Converting mt4 indicator to mt4 EA

Specifications and modifications 

I need a developer who can convert mt4 indicator to MT4 EA. 

optmise it and tweaking it  making small changes and improvements to settings, configurations and parameters so that it achieve better results with higher profit factor 

Fine-Tuning and Optimization of the indicator to an EA

it should trade able to trade on all time frames 

 

Profitable backtest 

The rules:

- Indicator with Up Arrow, after closing the candle, buy;

- Indicator with Arrow down, after closing the candle, sell;

- Close the current trade when the next opposite signal is given;

- Maximum number of orders option to be included;

give options on the ea Numbers of trade to pick per signal

- Calculate the lot to be opened as a percentage of the balance; ( 1%,2%,3%...);

- Lot size; ( 0.01, 0.03, 0.10...)

provide provison for settings of trailing profit n Tp n SL

we can give option for Tp to be when next signal generates out and it should close previous trade then enter next trade
