Automatic trade export to excel

I am wanting to automatically export relevant bits of data straight from MT4 trading terminal. I have outlined the functions that I require below:

• Exports closed trades to excel in excel formats (order number | open time | type | size | symbol | price | s/l | t/P | close time | price | swap | pnl | leverage used | drawdown (£) | drawdown (%)
• Exports open trades to excel in excel formats 
• Monitors all open trades equity draw-down and expressed as monetary and % of account balance (using real-time bid and ask from terminal)
• Stores all closed trades equity draw-down and expressed as monetary and % of account balance (using real-time bid and ask from terminal)
• Stores all closed trades leverage used as a ratio (upon when the trade was opened)
• Monitors used (on open trades) and available margin to equity ratio (also stores Max/Min/Average)
• Monitors used (on open trades) leverage as a total and per trade (also stored max, min, average)
• Displays trade duration on closed trades (DD:HH:MM:SS)
• Upon excel closing or MT4 closing, upon re-opening of both Excel and MT4, Excel will automatically pull any trades that were closed during this period into excel (automatically)
