Specification

Нужно написать close советник.
Открытая сделка закрывается  когда рыночная цена касается Moving Average (не пересечение Moving Average свечой и закрытие ниже или выше, а КАСАНИЕ!!!)
Параметры для Moving Average меняются как в стандартном режиме, magic если  =0 цепляет всё.
