NO SOURCE CODE; Convert EA from MT4 to MT5. AS-IS NO MODIFICATION, JUST A CONVERSION SO IT WORKS ON MT5.

I want to be clear before we start, so you are going to build me an expert advisor that works on MT5, that will also require an authorisation to work (like a license key, like the expert advisor that i have) and i will supply that key, let me know what and how we will set the code generator. I want the licensing to be like Forex Fury, you need to authenticate for every account and not for every machine that it runs on. That way colleagues can’t use 1 license key from me and run multiple instances so i can keep track of how many colleagues are using my EA. 

It will work identically to the one i have that only runs on MT4 (that I have supplied). Payment will ONLY be made once the MT5 EA you give me works identically with the 1 I am supplying that only works on MT4. 

-Once this is working identical i will then pay you extra to add some features to it. 

Money will ONLY be handed over to you once this EA you are building works identically to the one i currently have on MT4. And obviously i want the source code as i do not want this nightmare to happen again to me. Source code for the application and anytime we do an update to it, i need the full working source code every time please as it’s our company policy. 

I am doing this project with 3 programmers so then the best product will be selected and with that programmer i give my other features that i want so that we can add them. Furthermore my company wants to build a total of 5 EAs for MT5. So please do your best as this is a doorstep to more work. We are ready to pay what you ask as long as code quality is highest and runs as efficiently as possible. 

When you agree to these terms i can accept and start the work. Everything that I have regarding the MT4 EA that I want converted to MT5 is attached in the zip file.
