Conversion of tradingview strategy (pinescript) into MT5 EA

I require a TradingView Pinescript to be converted into MT5 EA. I have attached the relevant script.

The script is a customisation of various indicators. The reason for conversion is mainly for backtesting and optimisation using the MT5 strategy tester.
