Do not allow to open position in special hour one day a week

Hello

i want something that helps disallow trading in special timeframe once a week, already opened positions will be maintained , but this program will not allow opening a position in that timeframe.

timeframe shall be grabbed from the PC used (mean from PC timezone adjustement)
