Code development in MQL4/5 for Meta Trader 5 for an existing single day trading strategy

Need to execute the below scope in the next 1 to 2 weeks.

1) Need to code to develop an automated trading robot (i.e. Expert Advisor, EA) from scratch in MQL5 that can run on Meta Trader 5 to execute our session momentum strategy.

2) Taking the bot and setting it up on a Virtual Server with a digital signature created that can be validated by the MT5 License system and then assigned a license key.

Strategy Overview

• strategy needs to mark on the highest and lowest prices across a given time every day (on a 5 min chart) - between 9pm and 7am
• Then it needs to check the ATR value from the daily chart
• We then need to add that ATR number to the overnight low, and subtract ATR from the overnight high - these two price levels are the upper and lower limit for our profit target
• after 7am, as soon as a candle closes across the high or low price lines, we enter a trade in that direction
• For GBP/USD - we need the strategy to look back at the last 2 hours for a low/high in the market between 15 and 30 points from entry price, and add 1 point of safety to define the stop loss
• Profit target is 1.5R (with option to adjust to 1 or 2R in the code)
• No trade if profit target is wider than those ATR price lines
• Also no trades taken after the first 5 hours
• 1 entry per day
