I have an metatrader 4 indicator that I want converted to tradingview

I have a support and ressistance trend indicator for mt4 that I want converted to tradingview.

I am not familiar with tradingview code language. 

But I also want it done in a way that I can use it on crypto exchanges like binance, if possible. I am not sure if a seperate indicator will be necessary
