I need an EA that will allow me to easily place trades, then monitor those active trades moving stop loss and taking profit

I'm looking for the creation of an expert advisor that will assist me in placing trades, then will monitor those active trades, moving stop loss and taking profit as per my user settings.

One of the settings will be % of account risked on the trade. It would need to work so that if the trade went against me and triggered my stop, the most I could lose is the % risked.

I would like there to be a "floating" interface that hovers over a chart and can be dragged anywhere on the screen. The floating interface would have a "SELL" and "BUY" button and would

list settings for: % of account risked, stoploss, move stoploss to breakeven, move stoploss to a profit point, make stop loss trail a moving average or the envelope, and a take profit. It would need allow me to place multiple trades in multiple currencies, then to monitor those trades in realtime through stop loss trigger or take profit. And finally I would need a version that works on MT4 and one for MT5. Detailed specs and images will be provided to the chosen developer. Thanks for considering my project!
