App for trading signals coming via email and which can be executed at your smartphone at MT4

for this project I need an experienced coder who can help me to code an app for android smartphone such that a trading signal which is sent by email to your smartphone can be later traded at your MT4 platform on your smartphone.

when coming a signal, this app shall open and ask you if you want to enter a trade.
