Upgrade of my current mql4 file (2 updates)

In multiple pair options I need once I input all the pairs it will trade from or once I install it in all the pairs I need in one chart then I can set maximum symbol to 2 or 1 or 5 if I set maximum symbol to 2 even if signal to trade is in 10 pairs the ea will only allow 2 symbols to be active if set maximum symbol to 1 ea will only allow 1 symbol to trade after it closes before it can open another if I set maximum symbol to 5 once see signal and open if see another symbol from another symbol it’s free to open because I set maximum upto 5  more of scanning pairs in market watch automatically then option of daily profit target once hit target I set no other trade allowed that day lastly maximum dd option Example breaking it down : if I install it on 10 pairs then in settings i choose maximum symbol 1 it will only allow 1 symbol to be active at a time in that mt4 even if the oth symbol have signal as long as 1 symbol is already trading ea will not allow any Oder from other symbols to open it can only allow new trade if the current active trade have closed or I set maximum symbol to 2 or 3 etc  then connect it to my telegram so once open position it will send notification of the position to telegram group then once closed it also send notification to telegram.
