Review and rewrite existing expert that sends info to external API

Context

We already have a running expert written in MQL4, that once a minute sends some information of the account in JSON to an external API.

The existing MQL4 source code will be provider to the developer that takes the job.

Our request

We need some expert MQL developer to review and rewrite the code as needed (or write from scratch if you prefer), using the best practices in MQL language. 

We need MQL4 and MQL5 versions of the software.

We need the working source code for both versions.
