I want you to create a script to take "Bullish" or "Bearish" value from a website, and create a value (true/false) to open buy/sell.

Open Buy Position: "SIGNAL" Tab is "BULLISH" but "CHANGE IN - LONG" is below -5
Open Sell Position: "SIGNAL" Tab is "BEARISH" but "CHANGE IN - SHORTS" is   below -5

Close Buy Position: "SIGNAL" Tab is "BULLISH" but "CHANGE IN - LONG" is above 5
Close Sell Position: "SIGNAL" Tab is "BEARISH" but "CHANGE IN - SHORTS" is  above 5
