MQL4 Experts Panels and dialog boxes

Specification

I would like to have a panel to help calculate the trading costs before starting a trade .

It should show the following information :

- A field to set the Lot Size for next trade (and to do the calculations)

- Spread value and calculated cost of the spread for a trade with the lot indicated above

- Margin required according to the lot

- Night Swap value for Buy and Sell and calculated cost  with the lot indicated above (one night)

- Possibly have buttons to open/close the trades  like the MT4 native Trade Panel

The panel should be made hidden/visible like the MT4 native Trade Panel
