Bollinger Bands Expert Adviser

Hello!

I would like to request an expert with the following specifications:

Indicator: Bollinger Bands (two times)

Strategy:

1- If current price reaches X points from Bollinger Bands (1), open a position.

2- If current price touches Bollinger Bands (1), open a new position.

3- If current prices touches Bollinger Bands (2), open a new position.

(reset step 2 and 3 after new candle)
