Job Listing: MQL Licensing Solution Developer

Company Overview:

We are a reputable MQL software development company catering to an active monthly user base of 500-1000 customers. This customer base will grow to tens of thousands by next year. With expertise in software development for MT5 platforms, we are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced developer to assist in the creation of an online licensing system. Potential long term paid position may be arranged.

Note: While we possess the technical knowledge to execute this project, our team is heavily occupied with other responsibilities, prompting our search for external talent.

Project Overview:

The core objective is to build or acquire an online licensing solution that seamlessly integrates with our existing MT5 program, allowing our team to manage licenses and users effectively.

Key Project Deliverables:

1. Online Dashboard Portal:

   - Manage active customers and licenses.

   - Provide functionalities like creating, removing, or modifying licenses.

   - Enable or suspend licenses as needed.

2. Licensing Server Code:

   - Hosted on a Linux server (contabo VPS provided).

   - Store and manage information from the dashboard.

   - Communicate with the MT5 application via HTTPS or similar protocols to verify license validity.

3. License Key Generator:

   - Develop a system to create unique license keys (e.g., 56e74e71-9dbd-dc66-7bb2-97697bff799a) which will be emailed to users.

4. MT5 Expert Advisor Code:

   - Communicate with the licensing server to validate the license key.

   - Run checks on `OnInit()` and `OnTimer()` events in MT5 to ensure users' account numbers and license key remain valid.

   - Terminate the MT5 terminal if validation fails.

Future Considerations:

- Integrate with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Hotmart).

- Auto-generate and send license keys post-purchase.

- User portal development for MT5 account modifications.

Key Requirements:

- Understanding of MQL5 (based on C++) and MT5 platform.

- Proficiency in Python or a similar language suitable for server-side development.

- Familiarity with WordPress or equivalent platforms for web portal development.

- Experience in building or integrating with online payment systems will be a plus.

Additional Notes:

- Full source code provision is mandatory.

- Clear code commenting and documentation are required.

- Willingness to answer queries and provide brief explanations post-delivery is essential.
