Economic Calendar Event Handler

We write the core trading logic ourselves using MQL5.

Our input however has to come from the economic calendar.

We are looking for assistance for the following:

Country: US

Pair: XAUUSD

Input = YEAR

retrieve all recurring economical calendar events for requested year & country with date and time in GMT

Sort by Month & Event_importance

calculate average pip-impact on M1 for these events previous year (=year - 1)

return table with layout:

<Year><Month><Date><GMT Time><Event Name><Event Importance><avg pip impact previous year M1> + <column CHECKBOX>

The user will select the events on which he wants our core logic to be active by a check in the column_checkbox; Blanc = not selected

Then we need a follow up loop, we want our core logic to be activated 3 minutes before the actual event happens (to tackle possible server/client delays)

Your final output should be a continuous loop 'Is it 3 minutes before a selected event?', if yes 'our code' else recheck
