EA + Custom Indicator + Autotrade script using mt4 & binary options

Hi,

we´re looking for expert in making Expert Advisor and Custom Indicator for Meta Trader4 - using EA+Script for Binary Options automatic trading.

Before writing down the facts, you must know that the EA will contain at the beginning (this Job) only 1 strategy and we would need to add in future more strategies and brokers.
Our relasionship should be a Long term.

What we need:
A simple strategy using fractal signals to generate the trade in binary options/Broker.
Broker for this job: stockpair.
Every time a fractal appears, reversal trade should be done.

To adjust strategy the ea should be editable with following settings :

- trade 1, 2 or 3 candles after fractal
- amount to trade on 1st, 2nd or 3rd candle
- stop after winning 1st, 2nd or 3rd trade y/n
- select currency f.e eur/usd
- select time for trade M1, M5, M15, M30 or H1
- select daytime for auto trade f.e. 9-12 and 14-18h (enable/disable)
- set max and min difference between upper and lower bollinger bands to allow trade
- select max simultanious trades
- select max daily trades

Some logic:
Due of the delay and waste of time till the broker makes a trade from the time the signal 'to tarde' was sent, how will the script/ea handle the signal for 2nd trade if 1st seems to be lost? (or 3rd trade when 2nd lose). If the ea will wait till stockpair sends a 'loss' and create then the next trade singal, we would lose, because this would cost much valuable time. We have to be fast. Using mt4.

Future requirements:
- more currencies
- more Broker
- more strategies

We should test with stockpair your script/ea before using real Money.
But script can grab the data from stockpair to simulate & test.

We have an existing mql4 file which you could use too.
