Martingale EA Based on Indicator Provided (Plus some advice)

I am looking to get an EA coded. The EA is based on the Martingale strategy but the entries are based on bollinger bands. (More Details Given in the Specification)

I also will need some advise on the best way to close a basket of trades.

Enters a new trade every time price leaves then comes back inside the Band and CLOSES

Initial lot size is 0.01 and doubles in lot size every time the entry criteria is meet.
