Specification

I need an alarm (by push alert at mobile) when balance or margin reaches a level X (configurable). Both itens (balance and margin) are optionals and if none item are configured the alarm is disabled, if 1 of itens are configured only this item need to be considered by alarm. If both itens are configured, the alarm have to triggered when the first item is reached (balance or margin)

Ex1: no item are configured, alarm is off

Ex2: just balance configured to 10usd, when balance is below than 10usd, send a push alert to mobile. 

Ex3: just margin configured to 150%, when margin is below 150%, send a push alert to mobile.

Ex4: balance=10usd and margin=150%, when balance is below 10usd and margin is 200%, send a push alert to mobile..
