A simple EA that places orders based on HTTP signals from external app

I want an EA that listens to HTTP requests and reads JSON data from those requests and places orders based on that data. After an order is placed it should be able to return the new order ID as a response to the HTTP request.

The main actions I'm interested in is:

Place limit long*

Place limit short*

Modify stop loss

Cancel order

Get order

* The most important thing is it MUST place REAL limit orders, not MIT orders (market order if touched). I'm using AMP demo and for some reason pending orders are triggered as market so they aren't filled at the specified price, they're filled a few ticks above/below which is really bad. It's discussed in this thread and someone said m_trade.OrderOpen must be used.

The EA doesn't have to be super advanced, I just want a base that I can continue to build on, as long as it works for receiving and responding to external requests I'm happy.
