Expert advisor to be able to modify woocommerce subscription price monthly through API

This project is basically focused on communication between an EA and a wordpress website through API.

The function is about the EA being able to connect to my WordPress website and update a specific customers order subscription price

on woocommerce based on a pre defined calculation logic which i will outline below.

I will be offering my EA on a subscription basis.

My product users will have to pay a fixed amount of money each month as done by default with WooCommerce but then i also want the 

user to pay X % of the total profit they made with my EA during the month in addition to the fixed amount they pay monthly.

Which means their payment price = Fixed amount + X% of Profit. ( percentage amount to be decided by me)

This means the function should be able to communicate with WooCommerce remotely  from my expert advisor to calculate and change the subscription price of each specific customer's order every month based on each customer's profit or loss.

Also, I need a function to see the account balance Profit/Loss of each customer's monthly trading results on a page from the WordPress backend.
