Trade Alert Script For EA

I have an EA that uses a Martingale Strategy.  It is profitable but very high risk. 

What I would like is a script or an EA that will alert me when every trade is placed. This will then allow me to run the existing EA on a demo account and I can then choose when to manually enter the trade on my live account based on other indicators I have. 

Alert will need to include the following:

1. The Currency Pair

2. Trade Number (e.g. First Trade would be 'No. 1', Second Trade would be 'No. 2' etc etc)

3. Size of Trade

4. Average Entry price

5. Size of total existing position (including the alerted trade)  

6. An option to execute the trade based on the number of lots of the notified trade

7. An option to execute the trade based on the total number lots already in place. 

Alert needs to be on MT4, Push notification and email.
