Нужен скрипт открывающий ордера Buy или Sell по окончанию свечи

Specification

Скрипт должен открывать ордера Buy или Sell по окончанию (закрытие) свечи выше или ниже заданного ценового уровня. 

Пример выставляем уровень  по цене 1741.00 как только цена свечей закрылась ниже этого уровня ( не просто пробой а именно закрылась) открывается sell. ну и аналогично S/L
