Upgrade MT4 EA to Build 600+

i am looking for developer who specialize in or has a vast knowledge in Forex, MT4 Platforms, Trade Robot EAs and cognitive AI systems....... Currently I have developed an Expert adviser for MT4 (see TBMT 9.2 in attachment) that has the ability to make an auto trade in either a buy or sell direction that’s initiated from a particular divergent algorithm/movement in the market and identified by said EA… I am looking for someone who can add upgrade where there is a cognitive AI system that can assess the markets movements based on the alerts associated with said divergent algorithm coming from TBMT 9.2 EA. This system (see Benson AI in the attachment) should have the ability to monitor the market cognitively 24 hours a day on chart on mt4 server to give the user (at each divergent algorithm alert) the answer to what direction price action is most likely to move 25 pips first in either direction. For example, the Benson AI system will give user a percentage to what it calculates (thinks/predicts) what direction the market will move… In this example, the system notification could read (BUY 76% SELL 24%). This would mean that the AI system calculates that price action will push in the direction of BUY 25 pips 76% chance verses 24% chance that it will push 25 pips in the sell direction first. And I want the system to keep a track of notification history in or to track performance of system. (See the Trade Butler APK in the attachment)…… NOTE: This system should naturally get better with time given its cognitive function. If you are proficient in working with MT4 and Forex EAs and can offer a solution for me. If this is you I look forward to hearing from you.
