I want a security and license system for a robot

Specification

I want to create a simple robot and also protect it over the internet with a solid unhackable license verification system. The robot will have 2 versions, private and public version. The public version will have some hidden trading rules which is also available in the private version but they both share the rule over the internet for proper functionalities
