Moving Average Crossover EA with TP at RR Level. e.g. 1:2. 1:3 . 1:4 , 1:10 etc and add SL 1,2,3,4,5 candles before arrow signal

I would like someone to programme an an EA for me to take trades based on the crossover of 2 Exp moving averages, MT4

However I would like various settings 

I want an option to only take trades in the direction of the trend, e.g must be above or below a certain MA to take buy/sell orders e.g. 20/50/200 and I also want the option to turn this off if needed

I want the SL to be above either the candle before the signal arrow or the 2nd or 3rd or 4th candle before it see picture.

Also I want the option to ADD the final take profit at an RR Level .e.g. 1:2, 1:3. 1:4,

and the option to move SL to break even + *** pips and Risk 2:1

I want the the option to set take profit automatically at say risk 5:1

etc see pics. i hope this makes sense.  

I will include a current MA indicator im using, maybe modify it to a EA and use some of the options in there

Also want the option to set TP levels at certain risk reward levels.

e.g. i I wanted the EA to set TP level at 3:1 risk, it will set TP at level 3:1 by working out the SL automatically, if i set it to 1 or 2 candles behind signal arrow
