Specification

I need a script that trigger (simulate left mouse click key press), 

when certain move occur up or down (from last bar on minute chart) five digits,  for certain value eg. -0,00020 and +0,00020 (must be adjustable), and in certain time in milliseconds.

 1 for up, 2 for down (must be adjustable)
