Conversion of tradingview strategy (pinescript) into MT5 EA

HI,

I have an MT5 ea which is coded based on pine script but it is not working properly.

I need a mt5 developer who can modify/create the EA from trading view pine scipt.

The logic is based on RSI Bars indicator in Trading view, that should coded in MT5 EA and order should place when 

=> RSIBar Value above 50 for Buy and RSIBar Value Below 50 for sell

=> Lot Size, Target and Stoploss will be given in inputs [refer mq5 file]
