Modify and add alerts to TMA channel indicator

Hi. I need you to do the following:

Convert a 4 level zigzag semaphore indicator for MT5. Mq4 file attached.

Add alerts to TMA channel indicator (Mq4 file attached). Base alerts on information given by 4 level zz indicator.

TMA channels can only give alerts when trades are in trend indicated by TMA channel center line. 

Entry condition 1:

Alerts at 4 candles are only given if the direction of trend indicated by the center line of TMA channel. 

Alerts is thus rarely given on 4 level candles

Entry condition 2:

Alerts are given when the first 2 or 3 level candle (1 level candles are ignored) after the 4 level candle, both the 4 level candle and the 3 level or 2 level candle must be at least partially outside TMA channel.

Micro entry alert: Final (and only) alert is given in by dynamic zone RSI indicator, when price is still outside TMA bands.

Default setting 5,15

Display: Arrows must appear on alerts.

Please do not make arrows with crosses through them like some TMA band indicators do. I only want a single arrow to appear in the trend between two 4 level candles. 

Both 4 level ZZ semaphore indicator, TMA bands, and dynamic zone RSI indicator must display all settings when set up, as what they do individually (I'm referring to the panel with the input, colors etc.

User must also be able to select arrow colors for buy and sell individually. Buffers index numbers for buy sell arrows must be given to me as well
