Нужно сделать советника который будет торговать по свечам, алгоритм расписан в ТЗ.
Так же добавлены простейшие индикаторы такие как Parabolic Sar, Moving Average, Bollinger Bands. Все они отключаемые. 
Советник не сложный, нужно сделать быстро, качественно и в сроки, не тянуть по 2 недели.
