Programming a simple part of the expert

How the expert works

 price reading (tick)

 Signal value =

 When the price moves up by 1 point, the value of Signal=1 and when it rises again by a point, the value of Signal=2 and so on

 But when the value of signal is greater than 0 and is reversed down even by one point, the value of Signal = 0

 When the price moves down by 1 point, the value of Signal=-1 and when it goes down again by a point, the value of Signal=-2 and so on

 But when the value of signal is less than 0 and is reversed up even by one point, the value of Signal = 0
