Supertrend Multi-Timeframe Indicator convert to EA for auto buy and sell (Note: Need to use my attached indicator code not any Super trend )

I have downloaded an Indicator online named as  MQLTA MT4 Supertrend Multi-Timeframe 

This is super trend with MultiTime Frame. It gives alert as "Uptrend" "Downtrend" "Uncertain" which can be seen on charts.

Additional Inputs require 
Floating P/L TGT : This will close all open position when Floating P/L value touch this value. It will be positive value
Floating P/L SL : This will close all open position when Floating P/L value touch this value. It will be negative value
Re-open position : True/False
Order TP : TP will be define in all order which will be x pip from opening price
Order SL :  SL will be define in all order which will be x pip from opening price

Logic I need to develop 

EA will place BUY order when "Uptrend" is shown in the chart. This will be displayed when all specified timeframe are into Buy.

EA will place SELL order when "Downtrend"  is shown in the chart. This will be displayed when all specified timeframe are into Sell.

When the display value is "Uncertain" it means some time frame value is not satisfied. All is not in same direction. In such case we do nothing but we re-open more position as soon as all come in same direction again. It means whenever all condition is satisfied open positions again when unsatisfied do nothing. When again satisfied open position again and so on. This will be done if Re-open position input is true. If false then do not open position.

Please note : When I attach EA on chart then it show exactly the same display as indicator does. I should also be able to do back test.
