Specification

I need the programming of a signal for the 3 level semafor for the metatrader 5. It should be signaled when a very specific, clearly recognizable situation occurs (described in detail and shown with a screenshot) It should be signaled via an additional arrow in the chart, via popup with display of the currency pair as well as acoustically. Once triggered, the arrow in the chart must not disappear again.
