Create an EA or script to automatically generate detailed statement and send to email assinged

Hello,

I need to help to create a script or EA to automatically generate daily statement (send a report from Account History) and send to email address assigned

1.input parameter:

(1)email address :xxx@xxx.com

(2)time to generate report : hh:mm:ss based on MT4 market watch time

All I need to do is attach this ea or script on any chart of MT4, it will send report automatically everyday.
