Metatrader4 upgrade

Hi guys

I need some help with my metatrader4

The Mt4 I got from my broker is very slow when it comes to opening a trade.

I need:

-Trade direct from chart feature (one touch trader)

-Set SL and TP direct on chart.

-The current pending order, TP and SL I have needs a 20pips gap between where the market is and what I want to set as order. I would like to add feature to reduce this 20pips gap to 1-2pips only for pending order, TP and SL too.

-The current Alert screen I have is set on a tab in the bottom. I would like a popup window to appear whenever an Alert goes on.
