Script MT5 for percentage change

I need a script that can be set to open pending orders at specified percentage from a specified entry price. E.g if the entry price is 1.3456, it should be able to open pending orders at 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, etc away from the entry price. For a buy limit order , it should be able to open those percentages for pending buy limit orders below the specified entry price and vice versa for a pending sell limit. All parameters should be adjustable with alerts when price reach the set percentage(s).
