Telegram to Mt4 Signals Copier

I’m looking for developer that could help me to develop Telegram to Mt4 Signals Copier EA or web APP to copy signals from public and private channels

Those are the  basic functions needed:

1. Read and copy trading signal messages posted in specific telegram channels with different format to MT4. The EA must be able to ready different format e.g TP or Take Profit.... -> define String to find Take profit) Order parameter like Pair, Buy/Sell, TP, SL, entry price/immediate execution should be respected according to the signal.

2. Copy all the signals included Entry Price, Stop Loss, take profit 1, take profit 2 and take profit 3 and trades into ea and run.

3. Ability to copy signals from differents Telegram channel to differents MT4 in the same time what I mean is that I can to copy the signal from many different telegram channels to different MT4 accounts simultaneously

4. Read customized messages on telegram

Customizable to signal provider format e.g BUY NOW, BUY @, BUY AGAIN etc –

Accept close commands in signal formats (Customizable): e.g  For example e.g. Close Now, Close at Entry, Close half, TP HIT (or HITTED),close buy , close sell , close all , close pending order buy , close pending order sell , close all pending order   etc (usually in reply mode)

5. If a trade has multiple TP levels like TP1, TP2 and TP3, the EA would need to be able to partially close a % of the trade at each TP level.

6. Lot size customizable (there should be setting for lot size )

7. Trailing stop: any order that opened by the EA already hit 50 pips, the EA will move the Stop Loss to entry price. 

8. Signal Setting 

Skip Dangerous Signals

- disable (not Skip)

- skip zero SL Prices

- skip zero TP Prices

- skip if both SL & TP are zero 

- skip if one of SL & TP are zero

9. Ability to trade or not trade the pair that I select (ignoring symbols or just trade these symbols)

10. Symbols Maping  ( Gold=Xauusd, Nasdaq -US100,sp500-us500)
