Preciso de um EA  para realizar a leitura de distorções no mercado brasileiro de ações e com base nos parâmetros fornecidos realizar operações de compra e venda em ativos que atendam as regras de negócio da estratégia. 

Devido a constante mudança no mercado, ao final do trabalho, o EA deverá ser entregue com o seu código fonte, a fim de que modificações futuras sejam realizadas no menor tempo possível.
