Create a EA Scanner with auto detect running trade function

I would like to create a scanner based on the attached indicator.

1).The scanner should scan all pairs in market watch , and allowed to manually input the pairs to scan, seperate by comma.

2).The scanner have a basic auto clean function panel, e.g. clean the panel every 40 signals. Here's the simple panel looks I want:

3).The scanner will auto detect and close the running trade if opposite direction signal appear. E.g. currently running a CADJPY buy trade, if scanner generate a Sell now, then immediately close the running buy trade.

4).The scanner can choose which time frame to scan, seperate by comma.

5).The scanner have auto BE function, the auto BE should +1 pip from the entry price.

6).The scanner have pop-up, push,email alert function.
