Create a metatrader4 scanner dashboard for 2 indicators with push notification

i want a dashboard scanner indicator for all pair and send notification when all conditions are met. but i only have ex4 files.

the dashboard scanner will scan these 2 conditions.

1. fibonacci trend will show direction either red(sell), green(buy), gray(no trade).

2. VJ sniper will shows either red arrow(sell), or green arrow(buy).

  when both indicator show the same color the dashboard will send notification. i prefer push notification. Refer below image

1.  First box will show fibonacci trend indicator current color either in red/green or gray

2.  2nd box will show last arrow of VJ sniper indicator. either red/green

when both boxes show same color, scanner will send notification

Pair beside the boxes also must be clickable, means that I can just click it to load the chart.
