Creation of EA based on several indicators

I’m looking for a developer to help me in creating an Expert Advisor to automate trading in forex. 

Possible indicators required based on strategy:

Moving average

MACD

Break of high/low

Overall Strategy for EA

For Buys setup:

1. Price must be trading and closing above 200EMA.
2. MACD line crosses above Signal line, while both are below 0. 
3. When the above 2 conditions occur, the immediate candle that closes is the signal to place a buy stop around 1-2 pips above the high.
4. If the next candle breaks the high by 1-2 pips, buy stop will be activated. 
5. If the next candle fails to break the high by 1-2 pips before it closes, the buy stop should be cancelled. 

For Sells setup:

1. Basically the opposite of Buys setup

I would also like to include some variations of TP/SL and perhaps some other variations to optimize this EA.

For example,

1. Placing SL @ 1ATR below the signal candle and having TP @ 1.5-2 RR ratio.
2. Trailing SL 
3. Maximum spread to open trade
4. Auto money management
5. One chart setup

Other optimizations can be made along the way.
