Tall bar mean reversion EA

• This EA operates at the close of a bar on any timeframe.
  
  
• If that closed bar is taller than usual, we expect the price to return to at least the centre of the bar. If price has already overshot the centre of the bar then we expect to hit that centre point going the other way.
  
  
• Since price will trend a bit before retracing, we need to add the option of placing additional trades with the same target so we can get in at better prices each time. 
  
  
• If price trends too much we need a hedging trade/martingale trade to avoid tragedy until price ranges again.
  
  
• We need a way to make sure the EA doesn't place too many trades at roughly the same level.
  
  
• Since ranging periods on lower timeframes are very much time-dependent the EA will need to set trading hours.

I outline all the details in the attached document. It includes everything you need to know to code the stops, entries, exits, and failsafe settings. I also include a flowchart.  Hopefully this documentation will cut down on your guesswork and leave you free to think about the code.
