I want to Code an EA off an Indicator

I have a Swing indicator that I want to have programmed an EA off. The EA will initiate long trades Above the Upper level and Short trades below the Lower level.

The EA will take 3 types of trades 

1. If Price Breaks above the upper level 

2. If the Price is already Above the upper level, and the filter conditions are true, it will initiate a long trade once the Price is Above the Open of the previous candle.

3. Trend change - IF a candle closes above the Upper Band after candle close - initiate a Long trade

For Shot setups 

1. If Price Breaks below the lower level  - initiate Short trade

2.If Price is already below the lower level and Price moves below the close of the Previous Candle and filter conditions are true, initiate a Short trade.

3. 3. Trend change - IF a candle closes Below  the Lower  Band after candle close - initiate a Short  trade

Filter Conditions 

1. ADX > 22

2. For long trades type 2  RSI 14 must be lower than 65  and for Short trades type 2 RSI 14 must be greater than 35.

Stop loss / Take Profit.

 The Stop loss for all trades are to be set as a function of the ATR,  2 ATR period 30 minus lower band for Longs,  2- ATR plus upper band for Shorts

Take Profit -  2 ATR  above or below the Bands 

Exits

If Price closes Below the Lower Band - Exit long trades

If Price  Closes Above the Upper band - Exit Short Trades

Other features

1. Time of day to start trading / When to stop trading

2.  Trade Pause - If a trade is close the EA has to wait for a minimum of x mins before placing another trade.
