Aggressive Trend Follower

I need a very simple EA or script in mt5 that:
1- Should keep buying/ selling at every candle close. For example, If it's an 'uptrend', the EA should keep buying at every candle close. Conversely, if it's a downtrend, the EA should keeping selling at every candle close. The option of choosing 'Lot size' and determining 'Uptrend or Downtrend' should be custom and must be editable by the trader in EA settings.
2- There should be options to choose 'stop loss' and 'take profit' in EA settings as a number of pips. If none, 'Nil' option can be chosen by the trader.
3- It should work on all time frames and all currency pairs.
