Bollinger Band EA for Mini Ibovespa

Specification

Looking to create an expert that will use Bollinger bands period 20 StdDev 2. Buy signal will be triggered after the sequence of a candle closes bellow the lower band and wait for another candle to open above the lower band and that’s when the buy order will trigger order will only close when the same happens on the upper band. A candle must close above the upper hand and will sell when a candle opens below the upper hand. The EA would close an order and at the same time enter a new order. For example will buy 10 contracts and when it triggers to sell it will close the 10 buy contracts and at the same time sell 10 contracts
