$500-$2000 need a FIX API arbitrage robot

Need a working arbitrage system with high profits connected to the fix api system with coresidency on a server connected to the fastest quotes that can trade against a slow mt4/5 broker. You must do all coding and set up. Please note I have been scammed on here so I will need to be able to test the product for a week before payment. Not sure if anyone would be able to do this. You will be paid a monthly fee as well for continued server access to api fix prices.
