Local Trade Copier - Mt4 to Ctrader

I am looking for someone to develop a fast/instant local trade copier for me... trade is open on Master it should be opened also on the slave within a second.

MT4 -> Ctrader 

Ctrader -> MT4 

With both softwares running together on a VPS and talking to each other (need a master and a slave for both)

Requirements in terms of copy settings would be:

1- symbol matching / auto symbol matching

2- copy tp / sl =  True or False - one can choose to just copy without TP and SL.. and trades would only close when master closes.

3- option to use lotsize multiplier (0.5 = 1/2 the original size from master, 1= equal lotsize and so on) or equity multiplier (1.0 would open a trade of proportional size to the equity, 2.0 would open a proportional size to the equity that is 2x of the master ) - on both options it should round up to the closest lot size

4- max slippage

5- retry attempts if initial attemps fail

6- custom order comment

7- email/telegram/phone notification alert in case of any failure to copy / close
