If possible I want a crosshair tool that measures values in pips and points

Hi I want a tool like a crosshair witch I can draw and drag on a chart that will give me the option to switch between measuring value in pips or points in addition if it can calculate lot size and give a $ value also , would just be great!

Take in consideration the difference in decimal points for different brokers and symbols.
