1. step
Realtime datafeed to MT4 for all Binance Futures symbols (USD-M Futures COIN-M Futures)
and create Renko/Rangebar charts (Offline Charts) with common MT4 tools
2. step
Trading / place orders in MT4 offline charts (Manual and/or with EA) routed via API directly to Binance for USD-M Futures COIN-M Futures
As Binance update their API you should also provide updates if necessary
